Todays winners are: Braden Bascom, Hayden Marshall, Hayden Ellis, and Clara Banks. Our first place winner was Miss Ledingham. Thanks everyone for participing! So many awesome costumes today! It was hard to choose. Thank you to all of the students who dressed up. Our winners today were: Josh Palmer (personal trainer/boxer), Kylee Pope (a service dog), Dallin Johnson (a Questar Safety guy), and Annalise Callister (healthy food making chef). Mustangs- Don't forget to dress up in your western wear tomorrow as we focus on giving junk food and soda "the boot".
We have some great sixth grade students! They have been working hard to pass off their math fluency assessments and be good examples to their fellow classmates. Good work 6th graders!!
Today was pajama day at Meadow Brook. We want to remind all Mustangs how important it is to get enough sleep each night! Congratulations to our Pajama Day winners: Lilly Shively, Elena Garcia, and Marlina Porris-Gomez. They each received two swim passes to the Springville Community Pool. Thanks to all Mustangs who dressed up today. Don't forget that tomorrow students are encouraged to dress up like someone who keeps us safe or someone who keeps us healthy!
Each month the first grade teachers tally the number of days read in their class. The class with the most days read receive the "Golden Book" for the month. Congratulations to Miss Packard's bookworms for winning the "Golden Book" this month with a total of 379 days!
Many first graders were recognized and received awards for their hardwork, being good examples, and having amazing attitudes. We are lucky to have these leaders representing us at Meadow Brook.
