Meadow Brook will be hosting Back-to-School Registration on Wednesday, July 31st from 8:00am-4:00pm. If you are new to Meadow Brook, or have a kindergarten student, we would ask that you bring the following:

1. Student’s birth certificate 

2. Immunization record

3. Proof of residency
