Parents,

I hope all of you had a wonderful Valentine’s Day last week and are enjoying your extra-long weekendJ. Our teachers sure enjoyed having you come for SEPs; truly it takes all of us working together to help each child learn at high levels.

Yearbooks are now on sale. This year Lifetouch—the company that takes our student pictures—will be helping us make our yearbooks. The yearbooks will be in full color and will be at least 60 pages long. The price of the yearbook will be $10 in the office. Please send correct change, or make out a check to Meadow Brook Elementary. You can also order online at YBPay.lifetouch.com with yearbook ID code: 13488118. The deadline for order yearbooks is March 26th.

As a school, we are always seeking to improve communication and responsiveness to our stakeholders. To that end, we invite students, parents and teacher to give feedback on teachers and administrators. The survey will remain open until Saturday, February 24th at 5pm. Third through sixth grade students will be invited to participate in this survey during computer class; if your kindergarten through second grade students would like to give us feedback, we would encourage you to help them with this at home. The purpose of this feedback is to celebrate what we are doing well, help us improve our instruction, and to keep our finger on the pulse of our patrons. For feedback to be most helpful, I would suggest being polite even who sharing intensely positive or negative feelings. Thank you for your feedback.
