Other important information:

Safety— Utah has a very powerful safety resource called the SafeUT app. The SafeUT app allows students to report tips about school safety threats, drug/alcohol abuse, bullying, and anything else. With a single tap, students can also call or chat with 24-hour crisis counselors from The University of Utah Neuropsychiatric Institute (UNI).Our goal is to make every parent and educator aware of th app and have it downloaded on their phone. For more information about the app: https://healthcare.utah.edu/uni/programs/safe-ut-smartphone-app/.

Kindergarten PRE-Registration for the 2018-2019 school year—  Pre-registration, and Registration will be done on-line this year.  The on-line window will be open from March 12th - March 22nd.  We will still need you to bring a copy of your child’s immunizations, birth certificate and proof of residency into the school.  This can be done on March 22nd from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.  The attachment to this e-mail will walk you through the online process.  Please call the school if you have any questions or concerns 801-489-2897. You’ll be able to complete the registration process and sign the online forms on August 1, 2018.  There will also be a Kindergarten assessment that day for your child.

Yearbooks are now on sale. This year Lifetouch—the company that takes our student pictures—will be helping us make our yearbooks. PTA Message: Thanks to all those who brought in Box Tops for the second competition period. Ms. Glenn's 2nd grade class turned in the most. All together we earned $307.80 from all the unexpired Box Tops! Keep sending in Box Tops. They will still get picked up throughout the rest of the school year. If you would like more of the collection sheets, ask your teacher. There will soon be more collection sheets in the office for them to distribute.

It is great day to be a Mustang!, Miss Balli
