Parents & Students,

We want to thank or student council last week for doing a great job organizing and carrying out our Red Ribbon Week!

Last Friday we were blown away by our third graders and all the hard work they put into presenting a wonderful program, great job third grade!

On Thursday of last week, we were able to successfully participate in our state-wide earthquake ShakeOut Drill. The teachers taught students to Drop, Cover, and Hold On – a quake-safe action designed to protect lives and prevent injuries from falling furniture and flying objects that can become projectiles during ground shaking.

Many classes have begun end of year testing. We are excited for the students to show what they have learned and want the testing experience to be positive for our students. As a reminder, getting enough rest and eating a healthy breakfast goes a long way to improve performance on the test. Being in attendance at school and arriving on time are also important. Thank you for your support during testing.
