Parents,

I hope all of you enjoyed your Spring Break! I had the opportunity to spend a few days enjoying family in Colorado. We spent time enjoying the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, a Rockies baseball game, playing games and chatting way too late into the night…nothing beats family time.

With Spring Break behind us, the rest of the school year is going to go fast. This week we are excited about our Battle of the Books’ battles. On Tuesday our 3rdand 4thgraders will battle, on Wednesday our 5thand 6thgrades will battle, and on Friday the winning teams will battle the teachers. We hope these battles will continue to excite our students to read.

This week we are excited to start our last round of after-school clubs. There is still room available for students to register (please see http://meadowbrook.nebo.edu/news/sign-now-after-school-clubs). Payment for these clubs are due Friday.

I also want to thank all of you for all you did to help our teachers celebrate teacher appreciation week! I know they felt appreciated and were grateful for the kindnesses shown.
