Teacher Fun Friday

Submitted by megan.oropeza on

Our teachers had a Fun Friday after school last week. Teachers found themselves not only immersed in a world of colors and creativity but also elevating each other through shared inspiration. They were able to blend their diverse perspectives and talents with each stroke on the canvas. Through this experience, teachers uplifted one another, creating not just beautiful paintings, but also a sense of camaraderie that extends beyond painting, enriching their professional relationships and contributing to a vibrant and supportive educational community.

Number Orders in First Grade

Submitted by megan.oropeza on

This week, we have been learning about putting numbers in order from least to greatest or greatest to least. Our class worked together in groups to figure out how to look at how many tens and ones each number has. This cute group found a fun way to show how their numbers could go in order from least to greatest. They were so proud of their work!

Sound Waves

Submitted by megan.oropeza on

This week in 4th grade students have been learning about sound. They have learned that sound is a vibration and that it travels in waves. Students learned that higher the sound the more oscillations. Students demonstrated their understanding of waves by using jump ropes and showing how sound waves travel.
