We have loved learning all about poetry for the last two months! We finished our unit by creating positive affirmation “I am” statements about ourselves. We then wrote these amazing affirmations on a special art piece we created. We are so proud of our work!
Presenters from the Loveland Living Aquarium came to our school and taught the 4th grade students about the different habitats in Utah. They focused on what animals you may find in each habitat and had a very interactive presentation. At the end, the presenters showed the students a few different animals that live outside of Utah. The students were very engaged in the lesson and had a fun time learning!
Kindergarten learned about measurement through movement! Thank you to our dance and arts specialist Mrs. Kimball for our fun lesson!
