We have been having a great time in PE. We’ve been focusing on throwing skills, Rhythm and the importance of team work. We have had a blast playing star wars dodgeball (always a favorite game) we worked on rhythm and movement by doing a drums alive type activity. And a fun game of jungle cruise that emphasizes the importance of team work. I really try to make PE a fun class with an activity that the kids enjoy, laugh and have fun doing without really realizing they’re learning an important skill and exercising at the same time. The kids all leave class sweating, out of breath and a smile on their face. Meadow Brook kiddos are the best!
