Ms. Craner's class is trying something new and challenging! We are participating in Project Based Learning! Project-based learning is where we use our math skills as a tool to create a project. This time we are getting ready for a Read-a-thon and creating an order form to show our snack choices. We have a different amount of money to spend each day and can only choose 2 snacks from the Snack Choices. We can spend less than the amount listed, but not more. Once we choose our snacks, we have to design an order form either with paper or on Seesaw. It's been challenging to learn how to create on Seesaw and only choose 2 items from the choices. We are really learning to think, problem-solve and be creative at the same time. We can't wait to do more projects as the year goes on.
