In 4th Grade we did a team building activity to help build community in our classrooms. Students were given the task to stack their cups into a pyramid without using their hands. Each group was given a rubber band and a string for each student. They had to talk about ideas, work through things that didn’t work, and find a way to work together. Each group successfully stacked the cups!
