In Mrs. Nelson's fifth grade class we have been working hard and playing hard! We have LOVED having Mrs. Anderson come into our classroom and show us some art projects. We have been working on memorizing all of our songs for our upcoming Hope of America performance, and were so excited to create broadsides for the Declaration of Independence (which just happens to be one of our Hope of America songs)! Learning all about the meanings of symbols and how they support the importance of the Declaration of Independence has been an unforgettable experience."
