Meadow Brook Crystal Apple Winner
Kelsey Mortenson, a 6th grade teacher, was awarded the Crystal Apple this week. She is a great teacher, and we are blessed to have her at Meadow Brook Elementary. This is what her teammates said about her:
Top 10 Things We Love About Kelsey
Kelsey makes us laugh - she is funny and fun to be around!
Kelsey looks out for our team - she makes sure we are all on the same page and that we all have what we need to be successful.
Reflection Participants
We love all of The Arts at Meadow Brook Elementary. We had many who participated in Reflections, and shared their talents with all of us. Keep up the good work, Mustangs!
2nd Graders Share Their Cultures
This week 2nd graders learned about Utah culture and had a chance to share about their own cultures! Our second grade had many different cultures to share and teach about and we loved seeing and hearing about each child’s culture!
4th Graders are BRIGHT!
Mrs. Anderson's 4th-grade class has been enjoying science this year. We have been learning all about what energy is, how it is transferred, and how we use it in our everyday lives. The Springville Power Department sent each 4th grader a booklet and a pencil about electrical circuits and safety. It was great to connect what we are learning to our everyday lives and our community!
