Parents & Students,

I feel so blessed to work with such incredible students and staff members; we truly have the best at Meadow Brook!

Last Wednesday, our second graders created remarkable habitats and performed a habitat program; I was truly impressed by their hard work, great job second grade!

Our fifth graders went to the Springville Track Meet. I was so proud of the encouragement these students gave to one another and their first-place award for leaving their area the cleanest…nice work fifth graders!

Third Grade Culture Day

As a third grade, we had the privilege of “traveling” with Kai’s mom, Mrs. Sheffer, to Japan as a part of our culture day.  What an amazingly beautiful place it is.  Did you know that school starts in April when all the cherry blossoms are blooming?  All students walk to school and take their shoes off when they enter the school.  Mrs.

Running the Boston Marathon

Bethany Brown

2018 was Mrs. Brown's 5th year running the Boston Marathon.  This year was unique because she was chosen as one of 17 teachers from across the nation to be a part of the Hyland's team at Boston.  Each teacher has a unique story and has had a positive impact on students.  While in Boston they were treated to deluxe accommodations, team meals, Sox tickets and VIP treatment on race day.  They were able to meet Dave McGillivray, the Boston Marathon race director, which Mrs.
