Mrs. Wray’s 3rd Grade Class has been learning about heat and light in science this year. We have studied how temperature differs in direct sunlight versus in the shade. We studied how darker colors absorb more heat than lighter colors. This week we are studying how light affects plant growth. We will be seeing which plants grow faster, the ones that sit in direct sunlight, or the plants that don’t receive any sunlight. We can’t wait to discover the answer to our experiment! Stay tuned…
