Learning with our Visual Arts Specialist, Mrs.Anderson
We’ve been so lucky to get to learn with Mrs Andersen our district visual arts specialist these last few weeks of school! Here are a few fun things Kindergarten was able to explore with! Bug Soup and addition, The Very Hungry Caterpillar and primary/secondary colors, and The Dot with adjective writing.
Measuring in the Sun
In kindergarten, we’ve been learning about measurement. Two of our vocabulary words are shorter and taller. We went outside on a sunny day and traced each other‘s bodies then talked about whose were taller and whose were shorter. The kids loved it!
