Invasion from Mars

Submitted by megan.oropeza on

In 4th grade we have been practicing a reader's theater called, "Invasion from Mars." The students worked hard to learn their parts and then performed the play for the 3rd grade students. Each student was invested in their character and their performance was "out of this world."

🍃🍁☔️Provo Trail Field Trip!☔️🍁🍃
We finally had a field trip! It was rainy, windy, cold, but oh so beautiful and fun! We had a great time on our walk up the Provo Canyon trail talking, singing, laughing, and looking for living and non living things. We came back with quite the collection! It was fun to walk around and see what everyone found while on the trail.

Follow your dreams

Submitted by megan.oropeza on

This week is Red Ribbon Week.  Ms. Craner's class is so excited to participate in Pajama Day!  We want to "Follow our Dreams and not do drugs".  Today we drew our dreams to remind us to stay away from drugs so our dreams could come true.  We are also wearing our pledge bracelets and have signed the pledge papers to stay healthy and stay away from harmful drugs.

Halloween parade

Submitted by megan.oropeza on

On Friday, we are looking forward to celebrating Halloween. Students are welcome to wear their costumes to school, but may not bring play weapons. In order to avoid large gatherings, our parade will begin at 10:00 am. The parade will go in alphabetical order from kindergarteners to sixth grade. The parade will be available after the parade is over on Facebook and on our YouTube Channel.

Kindergarten went to Jakers

Submitted by megan.oropeza on

Kindergartners were so excited to get to go to Jaker’s Pumpkin Patch last week on a field trip! We had a blast playing in the corn, sliding the slides, and riding on the hayride! We also enjoyed looking for signs of fall.
