Meet Mr.Young

We are excited to welcome Kyle Young to the Mighty Mustang bunch. Kyle, originally from Idaho Falls, has led a life of exploration alongside his wife, traversing Puerto Rico, California, Oregon, Washington, and Utah. This journey eventually led them to Springville, where they now reside happily, surrounded by their six children and beloved grandchildren. With an impressive two decades dedicated to education, Kyle has experience ranging from kindergarten to high school, with a special fondness for elementary school.

Meet Mrs.Payne

We are so excited to welcome Sara Payne to Meadow Brook. She will be teaching second grade. Sara Payne, a proud resident of Springville for nearly a decade, radiates enthusiasm for her vibrant community. A loving mother of three children spanning high school to elementary years, she and her husband find joy in various activities like strolling with their lively labrador puppy, exploring new places, hiking, indulging in culinary adventures, and even venturing into the depths through scuba diving. Rooted in a military upbringing, Sara's heart is split between Idaho and Utah.

Meet Lessa Harding

We are so excited to welcome Lessa Harding to Meadow Brook! She will be teaching second grade. Residing in Spanish Fork, while keeping the fond memories of Washington State close to heart, Lessa’s journey has been one of both geographical and academic exploration. Having studied at UVU, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as an educator. Her teaching passion finds its zenith in witnessing students make those "aha!" moments, particularly within the realm of reading, where every page turned unlocks new dimensions.

Meet Mrs.Nelson

We are so excited to welcome Mrs.Nelson to Meadow Brook fifth grade! She hails from Mapleton, UT, while her husband originates from Springville, UT. Both proudly identify as Nebo-ites. Her interests encompass trips to Disneyland, golfing (despite not being particularly adept), a fondness for Dr. Pepper, and leisurely walks with her canine companion, Murphy. The prospect of teaching at Meadow Brook Elementary fills her with immense enthusiasm.

As summer's warm embrace draws to a close, a sense of anticipation fills the air as educators from all corners of the school gather once again. The halls that stood silent during the break are now abuzz with the energy of teachers, administrators, and staff reuniting to prepare for the upcoming school year. Faculty meeting  day Meadow Brook are a transformative experience that elevates everyone involved. As educators reconnect, collaborate, and reflect, they set the stage for a new school year filled with inspiration, innovation, and meaningful growth.
